KIIT received the approval letter from Ministry of Health, Govt. of India to offer MBBS & BDS programme from the 2007-08 academic year. After the due recommendations by both the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the Dental Council of India (DCI), the Ministry of Health approved MBBS programme (vide letter no U12012/76/2004-ME-(P.II) and BDS programme (vide letter no V.12017/43/2004-DE). The student capasity is 100 each in both the prograqmmes.
